The Pan American menu at Circus has been praised by customers and critics alike and includes revamped American classics such as Mac & Cheese, Spicy crab cakes and the much loved 24 hour slow roasted beef short ribs.

Renowned chef Nik Biok heads up the kitchen, itself a dynamic show with shutters opening from the dining room to reveal the kitchen team hard at work.

The small but perfectly formed cocktail list incorporates clever twists on the classics, with the bespoke party punch bowls designed for sharing.

Circus offer freshly made cakes for special occasions. Select from the raspberry ripple and white chocolate cheesecake, the chocolate brownie mousse cake or our Black Forest ice cream cake. Each serve 12-16 people and costs £40 each. (Cakes must be ordered at least three days in advance of your reservation.)
